Teacher-led learning in the age of AI

Make learning,
assessment and
trust visible.

Reasonleaf brings student work, permitted AI-supported steps, teacher judgment and follow-up decisions into one reviewable learning cycle, so leaders can see more than the final answer.

Teacher-led. Human judgement at every step.

02

The leadership question

When polished output reveals less, schools need a better view of learning.

Reasonleaf is designed to move the conversation from suspicion and isolated scores towards visible process, student explanation and professional judgment.

01

Leadership visibility

See where learning evidence calls for attention.

Move from a final submission to a reviewable path that links the assignment boundary, the work, the follow-up and the action that followed.

02

Teacher judgment

Protect the human decision at the centre.

Give educators a structured record for deciding whether to affirm, discuss, re-check or reteach. Reasonleaf does not automate a verdict about a pupil.

03

Student agency

Give students a fair way to show understanding.

Students can explain their reasoning, disclose permitted support and respond to a short follow-up within boundaries the teacher has made clear.

03

The product evidence spine

One continuous line from teacher intent to school action.

The product is organised around decisions, not surveillance. Each stage adds context that the next person can examine.

  1. 01Teacher

    Define the boundary.

Set the task, the learning intent and the form of AI assistance permitted for this assignment.

  2. 02Student

    Work transparently.

Develop the response, record sources and assistance, and explain the choices made inside the Reasonleaf workspace.

  3. 03Teacher and student

    Examine understanding.

Use a short, teacher-reviewed follow-up when the evidence warrants a closer conversation.

  4. 04Teacher

    Record the next action.

Affirm, discuss, re-check or reteach, with the professional reasoning attached to the record.

  5. 05Leadership

    See patterns without losing context.

Review where attention is needed and return to the classroom evidence behind the pattern.

Reasonleaf records activity inside its own workflows and the outside assistance a student declares. It does not observe other apps or devices and does not prove independent authorship.

The learning journey

More room to think.
More clarity to teach.

Bring responsible AI, student understanding and teacher judgement into one connected approach.

01 / TEACHER CONTROL

Let teaching
set the direction.

Give AI a clear place in learning, with boundaries shaped by the teacher and the purpose of the work.

02 / STUDENT THINKING

Make space for
the “why”.

Look beyond a polished answer. Give students opportunities to explain their reasoning, ask questions and develop understanding.

05

For school leaders

Quality assurance that begins in everyday teaching.

Published UAE priorities connect educational quality with assessment evidence, teaching response, student progress, rigorous self-evaluation and continuous improvement. Reasonleaf can help a school organise evidence for its own quality conversations.

01

Assessment with context

Place the final response beside the assignment boundary, recorded process, student explanation and follow-up evidence.

02

Teaching response made visible

Record the professional decision that followed, so a signal becomes an accountable next action.

03

Patterns for self-evaluation

Give leaders a structured starting point for examining consistency, support and improvement across the agreed scope.

Official context

Reasonleaf is an independent product. References to public education frameworks describe relevant school priorities and do not imply regulator endorsement, certification, compliance or a guaranteed inspection outcome.

06

UAE direction and responsible AI

Built for a direction that keeps people in control.

Across current UAE education initiatives, the direction is ambitious and human-led: build AI capability, preserve cognitive agency, strengthen teacher expertise and make assessment fair, accurate and useful.

Local requirements differ by emirate, school and curriculum. A live pilot requires the school to confirm the applicable policy and approval route.

From discovery to a school decision

A bounded pilot with a commercial destination.

Start with the question school leadership needs answered. Agree the evidence before the pilot begins. Then review it together and make a clear decision.

One cohort. One or two subjects. Agreed participants and evidence.

  1. 01

    Discover

    Begin with school leadership.

Discuss one learning or assessment priority, the school’s current practice and the decision that better evidence should support.

    Leadership priority

  2. 02

    Shape

    Agree a bounded pilot.

Define the cohort, one or two subjects, participating educators and the evidence the school will review.

    School-shaped scope

  3. 03

    Evaluate

    Review evidence, not impressions.

Examine how student work developed, how permitted AI support was recorded and what teaching action followed.

    Agreed evaluation evidence

  4. 04

    Decide

Bring the evidence back to leadership.

Use the leadership review to make one explicit decision about Reasonleaf’s place in the school.

    Commercial decision

The leadership review

Three honest outcomes. One explicit next step.

The pilot closes with a recorded decision. It does not drift into an indefinite trial.

Licence

Request a scoped commercial school licence offer.

If the agreed evidence supports adoption, Reasonleaf prepares an offer shaped around the school’s approved scope and requirements.

Extend once

Answer one defined question.

If one material question remains, extend only to answer that question and return to the leadership decision.

Stop

Close the pilot clearly.

If the evidence does not justify adoption, stop with a documented conclusion and no open-ended experiment.

School discovery call

Shape the question worth testing with us.

Bring one current learning or assessment priority. We will explore whether a bounded Reasonleaf pilot can produce evidence worth a leadership decision.

Before we talk

Clear answers to the first leadership questions.

Is Reasonleaf an AI detector?

No. Reasonleaf does not detect external AI use or prove authorship. It records activity inside its workflows and supports a teacher-led follow-up when more evidence would be useful.

Can a school use Reasonleaf with pupils today?

Current public experiences use demonstration data. Live pupil use remains blocked until the school and Reasonleaf approve the pilot scope, identity, safeguarding, data, security and operational controls.

Does Reasonleaf integrate with our existing systems?

No production school integration is active today. Discovery identifies the minimum identity and learning-system integration required before a live pilot.

Is Reasonleaf approved by an education authority?

No regulator endorsement, certification or compliance claim is made. Public frameworks are referenced only to explain relevant school priorities.

What happens after a pilot?

The leadership team may request a scoped commercial licence offer, extend the pilot for one defined unanswered question, or stop. The decision and its evidence are recorded explicitly.
